Second Week

My parents were still here for part of Quinn's second week and Jonathan's parents and sister arrived at the end of the week. During the second week, Quinn had her first bath and listened to her Dad speak at youth group.

She also had her harness put on. She has hip dysplasia in her left hip. The harness keeps the ball in the socket while her bones grow. She doesn't seem to mind, but it was sad for us. She has to wear it 24/7 the first two weeks and then as things progress, her daily time in it will decrease. But we are thankful to God that the pediatrician caught it the day she was born so that we could act quickly. We are also thankful it is something so treatable. God's been merciful to our little gal.
